Sania Mirza is a very familiar name in the world tennis circuit. Saniya shot into the limelight like a meteor.The Latest Sensation in women's tennis - her long black hair bobbing from the back of a visor and a diamond-studded nose ring sparkling. Saniya Mirza started playing lawn tennis at the age of six years; even her coach refused to teach her looking her young age.Sania Mirza started playing in international tournaments from the year 1999 when she first represented India in the World Junior Championship, Jakarta; after that Saniya went on to participate in the Asian Games in the year with Paes where she won a bronze medal.

It's no big deal. I'm 18 years old. Give me a break. I'm just trying to have some fun here. I'm bored of the stripes or checks or lines."
